A dream is a wish your heart makes...

In the Disney classic, Cinderella, one of my favorite quotes, put to song, speaks VOLUMES; "A dream is a wish your heart makes when you're fast asleep." So much of a favorite, it was adhered to my little girl's bedroom wall before she could even read! It's such a beautiful way to describe something that so often happens to all of us yet can often be forgotten. With that, I'd like to share a personal story that brings such meaning to this quote and the calling I am on.
Last night, I had a dream that I was at a business dinner and as I was chewing, I felt something off. I excused myself to the restroom and realized I had broken my tooth. It was the incisor on the left side of my mouth, root and all.
As a person ALWAYS intrigued by dreams, I had done some research years ago when I had my 1st dream about losing my 2 front teeth in a car accident when my mouth hit the steering wheel. My 2nd dream I had, I lost one of my front teeth after getting punched during a scuffle. When I woke up this morning and sat with my coffee, I reminisced about my 3 dreams and what I researched.
Dreams with the loss of teeth mean that the person IS or WILL BE going through a BIG change. To give some perspective, I had my 1st dream the night before my parents moved me to college. I had my 2nd dream the night before I got married. And my 3rd dream I had last night, the night before an SoDP ally is pitching this theme park to a group that could turn our DREAM into REALITY!
I have posted in the past that I do NOT believe in coincidences. I believe in miracles. I believe they happen every day. I believe God is orchestrating and using me as His worker bee.
On the eve of St. Louis Foundation's Give STL Day 2002, my dream is a wish my heart has been making while I slept last night! Bring on the MIRACLES! SoDP is ready!!
